In line with the national "Rural Revitalization" strategy, Fosun Pharma actively participated in the Rural Doctor Project jointly initiated by the Fosun Foundation, the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, and the China Population Welfare Foundation to facilitate the sustainable and high-quality development of rural health. As of the end of 2023, the project had covered 78 key assistance counties across 16 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, sending 366 participants to assist these counties locally, supporting 24,000 rural doctors, and benefiting 3 million rural families.
Through initiatives like the ‘Hand in Hand’ Rural Medical Talent Development Program and the "Rural Medical Care Public Welfare Activity, Fosun Pharma collaborates with leading Chinese medical experts to offer targeted support, empowering rural doctors to enhance their clinical skills and elevate grassroots healthcare standards.

From 2023 to 2024, Fosun Pharma, in partnership with the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation, conducted the Pink Blue Ribbon Charity Initiative in Yunnan's Xishuangbanna and Sichuan's Puge County. This project included free cervical and breast cancer screening for women, grassroots visits by medical experts, and the donation of medical supplies, aimed at enhancing grassroots medical capabilities and improving the health of local women.

On February 22, 2025, Han Li Kang^®, the first biosimilar product in China, independently developed by Fosun Pharma, celebrated its 6th anniversary of coming to the market. Adhering to the mission of contributing to society, over the past five years, the Fosun Pharma Health Care Fund has worked together with the Fosun Foundation and external partners to continuously carry out public welfare activities, bringing hope for accessible and curable treatment to lymphoma patients.

The "Give Time to Life" Public Welfare Project for Cancer Patients was jointly initiated by Henlius, the Society of Rehabilitation of the China Anti-Cancer Association, the Shanghai Cancer Recovery Club, and Fosun Foundation. Launched in 2022, the project had been successively held in Shanghai, Yunnan's Kunming, Shaanxi's Xi'an, and Tianjin by the end of 2024. Through mindfulness meditation, psychological counseling lectures, and patient artwork exhibitions, the project cares for the physical and mental health of cancer patients and delivers a positive anti-cancer attitude. At the same time, the project calls on society to provide more care and support for cancer patients, effectively enhance their quality of life, and help them return to society as soon as possible.

In the field of infection control, Fosun Pharma's self-developed artesunate for injection has treated over 80 million severe malaria patients worldwide, contributing to building a malaria-free world. In addition to supplying anti-malaria drugs, Fosun Pharma also supports the Chinese government's efforts in combating malaria in Africa by organizing various malaria prevention and control training sessions. Through programs such as malaria awareness campaigns, Continuous Medical Education (CME) training, medicine donations, and charity health runs, we aim to enhance local capacity for malaria prevention and control in Africa and raise awareness, contributing to the establishment of a public health community for mankind.

Fosun Pharma has established scholarships and teaching assistant grants at universities such as the School of Life Sciences of Fudan University, China Pharmaceutical University, and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University to continuously implement the "Future Star Program." This initiative encourages outstanding students to pursue knowledge and excel in medicine. It also inspires educators to conduct research and nurture future leaders of society. Through a series of school-enterprise scholarship cooperation, we have deepened our interactions with higher education institutions and further strengthened the cooperation in talent development and transfer.

Since 2016, employees of Breas have voluntarily organized the ALS charity walk fundraising event—the 100-Kilometer Thames Path Challenge—to help raise funds for charitable organizations that sponsor academic research and search for cures for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).

Launched on November 14, 2019, the "Free Breakfast Scheme" covers nearly 7,100 children across 58 public schools. This initiative is funded by Gland Pharma, providing healthy and hygienic food prepared and supplied by the Akshaya Patra Foundation for children in the community.
